About the Author
David Taylor is a former executive editor at Rodale Press, where he worked on the magazines "Prevention," "Men's Health," and others. His freelance features have appeared in "Outside," "Men's Journal" and elsewhere. He can currently be seen as host of OLN's television series "Dive Today," which he writes and co-produces.
