About the Author
Bob Smith is a technical writer with Sterling Commerce in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is also the author of the book A Recut Diamond: Baseball's Transition Into The Free Agent Era (1965-1976) and the Detroit Movie Palaces web site.

Lisa Smith lived for several years in a nursing home before passing away in January 2006. Lisa thought up the plot for Anointed, and her friendly visits with her brother Bob provided many details for the book. Lisa’s hobbies included movies, reading, traveling, music, and walking her dog Roxie.
