About the Book
One line in Scripture sums up God’s plan for His Bride: “The Woman is saved through marriage and childbearing.” Many of God’s women had trouble getting pregnant. But in the Psalms we hear the fertile mind of God: “He makes the barren woman keep house and be a joyful mother of children.” The kept woman keeps God’s House. Isaiah envisioned her with a crown upon her head: “Your kids shall make haste… to come to you. As I live, you shall surely clothe yourself with them all…” She’s covered by her Husband and all her kids. She comes in the Lord’s name – Mrs. Jesus Christ.

In Galatians Paul addresses his children, telling them he travails in birth again till Christ is fully formed in them. Grown-ups in the faith have kids of their own. They’re a picture of the real Blessed Mother. The outcome of her travail is a final harvest no man can number.

The mark of a real mother is suffering. She gladly undergoes hardship for her children. In sympathy she chooses to share their pain and grief. There are many Greek words for suffering. The root for most of them is PATH. Suffering is the path that leads into God’s kingdom. What she sowed in tears and sorrow, she’ll reap in joy. She’ll go home rejoicing, bringing her kids with her. The faithful wife has great grace because of what she’s overcome. God will give her wisdom beyond any that have ever lived earth. Her counsel will be like choice rubies and precious diamonds. She’ll be a queen arrayed with great beauty and majesty – the Mother of Us All.
