Cherry
Rea is the founding Company Director of Crestia Developments Pty.
Ltd., a three year old software development and publishing firm. Cherry has managed and developed online training programs for over four years in Australia through contracts from both State and National Governments and private companies. She has trained many teachers and trainers to develop online learning programs and has recently developed a Graduate Certificate in Online Education and Training. Prior to training online, Cherry managed the maintenance of the State of Victoria's vocational and education curriculum for Business Industries and Information Technology for the government's Education Department for over three years. As a workplace trainer, Cherry worked for the Building Industry, small business and for numerous adult and community training providers for over ten years. She also specialises in developing online learning resources for adults with low levels of literacy and presents papers and runs workshops at national conferences which focus on training online. Cherry lives in Carrum, Australia, with her husband David and has three adult children, Jamie, Kim and Tess.
