About the Book
|
Set
in a distant future, a deep space colony is stricken with a deadly
outbreak, forcing Earth's World Government into action. The Star Corp
warship Merlin is assigned to aid the colony, but it's crew is also
devastated by the mysterious plague. The government desperately hires
a team of mercenaries to carry out a simple humanitarian mission:
transport both the Avaric colony victims and a group of volunteers
back to Earth for research. Led by ex-Star Corp Commander Jefferson
Gale, Omni Inc. takes the assignment, prepared for outbreak conditions
and the grisly fate of Gale's brother, who reportedly perished on
the Merlin.
But what should have been a simple taxi mission would turn deadly.
The Omni team discovers that there are those in the government with
a private agenda for revenge. Treachery will stalk the Omni team,
and an unknown space entity will set off a horrible, savage rebirth
to thousands of dead psychopathic plague victims.
Will anyone survive?

Reviews

Vince Churchill's book reminded me of past selfish days of long hot baths relaxing with a good read. Vince takes us on a trip into a gore filled space odyssey. His book is well paced, feeding your imagination with a spoonful of horror at a stretch. His blend of science fiction and horror work well together, transmitting chills down your vertebrae while he engrosses you with the exploits of his characters.
