Booklocker FAQ
(
Customers' Frequently Asked Questions)

Ebooks

Q. How do I read the ebook I just purchased?!
A. For simple instructions on reading Booklocker's ebooks, click here.

Q. Can I print the ebook?
A. Yes, we have no printing restrictions on the PDF version of our ebook files.

Q. I'm having problems downloading the file!
A. Our system can email the ebook to you as an attachment. Sometimes that works better. Use this form to do that.

Q. What platforms do the ebooks work with?
A. All of our ebooks are in PDF, most are also in MOBI format (for the Kindle) and ePub (for all other ebook reading devices).

Print Books

Q. How long does it take to get a print book I ordered?
A. Our print books are done using a technology called Print-On-Demand (POD). POD allows us to print the book at the time you order it. The whole process - from printing the book to delivering it to your mailbox - takes 10 business days if you are inside the USA. If you are outside the USA, the shipping takes much longer. In that case, it takes about 21 business days to send a book outside the country.

Q. What is the quality of a print-on-demand book?
A. The quality is identical to what you would purchase in a book store.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Generally, we have a no refunds policy. If an order is incorrectly filled, we will get you the correct book at our expense. If that is not possible, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

A. We are located in Trenton, GA. Our mailing address is:

How To Read Ebooks from BookLocker.com

Kindle:

Amazon forbids any companies other than itself from automatically loading ebook files onto Kindle devices. For this reason, you must manually load the file if you buy it from another retailer.

Here are Amazon's instructions on how to load files manually onto your Kindle:

iPad/iPhone:

The fastest and easiest way is to send the ePub or PDF file from your computer to an email address you can view on your iPad. Then just click on the attachment in the message. The iPad will put the ePub or PDF file in your iBook library.

Our Ebooks are in PDF. All you need to read them is
Adobe Acrobat Reader
, which is free. (And you probably have it already!)
