do I read the ebook I just purchased?!
A.
For simple
instructions on reading Booklocker's ebooks, click here.
Q. Can I print
the ebook?
A. Yes, we have no
printing restrictions on our ebook files.
Q. I'm
having problems downloading the file!
A.
Our system
can email the ebook to you as an attachment. Sometimes that works better.
Use
this form to do that.
Q. What platforms
do the ebooks work with?
A. All of our books are in Adobe's Portable Document Format (.pdf).
To read them, all you need is Adobe
Acrobat Reader. It runs on your existing computer and you probably
have it already installed. If not, you
can get it for free here.
Q. What if
I am a Mac user?
A. There is a Mac version of Acrobat (and a Unix version, and lots
of other versions too). The version of Acrobat for your operating system
is all you need to read our Ebooks.

Q. How long
does it take to get a print book I ordered?
A. Our print books are done using a technology called Print-On-Demand
(POD). POD allows us to print the book at the time you order it. The whole
process - from printing the book to delivering it to your mailbox - takes
10 business days if you are inside the USA. If you are outside the USA,
the shipping takes much longer. In that case, it takes about 21 business
days to send a book outside the country.
Q. What is
the quality of a print-on-demand book?
A. The quality is identical to what you would purchase in a book
store.
Q. What is
your refund policy?
A. Generally, we have a no refunds policy. If an order is incorrectly
filled, we will get you the correct book at our expense. If that is not
possible, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

is Booklocker.com, Inc. located?

How To Read Ebooks
from Booklocker.com
STEP 1 ---
EBOOKS ARE COMPRESSED:
The file you just download is a zip file.
All you need to do is click on it. Most modern computers can decompress zip files without additional software. The resulting file will be the PDF file.
IF YOU TRY TO OPEN
THE BOOK WITHOUT DECOMPRESSING IT, IT WON'T WORK.
STEP 2 --
PDF DOCUMENTS:
All our ebooks are in PDF. That means you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to
read them if you are on a Windows machine. If you don't already have it installed on your machine, you
can download it here
for free.
Mac and Unix machines have built-in PDF readers, so the file should just open when you click on it.
